Dear ladies and gentlemen, dear fellows,
dear multiplicators of the youth work,
in cooperation with the Landesjugendwerk (regional youth office) of AWO Sachsen-Anhalt we from project PATHFINDER of .lkj) perform a workshop to the topic "Empowerment against Racism" in Magdeburg. From June, 20th until June, 21, 2014 we deal with the various faces of racism in school, education and/or at public places. The seminar exclusively aims at youngsters from 18 years onwards with experience in racism. The two referents offer a room, to talk about experiences of discrimination and to show ways how to empower the own personality, plus to enable an examination of the own (migration) biography.
The seminar language is German, as required, multilingualism is possible, too. (Please indicate at registration).
Food is provided during the free workshops. Travel costs can be refunded, too.
Those who need a possibility to stay over night, should indicate this to Aline Felger in time.
