Weekly office hours
During the semester our office hours will every week on Monday from 3-4pm and
Thursdays from 5-6pm. During these hours, members of the IKUS team will be available to answer any questions you may have, refund event deposits, etc.

Call for Applications for Financial Aids (STIBET Programme)
Within the scope of funding by the German Academic Exchange Service (DAAD) and financed by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs (AA), the International Office of the Otto von Guericke University Magdeburg announces 6 financial aids for foreign students and doctoral candidates of the OVGU starting from September 2023.

City Registration "mobiles Bürgerbüro" on Campus (OVGU)
The "mobiles Bürgerbüro" (mobile city Registration of the city of Magdeburg) will be present at Campus @ Building 22A Room 129 from 04th October 2023 until 18th October 2023.
PLEASE NOTE: You need an appointment for the city registration.

Current information form the Foreigners` Authority Magdeburg on collecting documents via document pick up station
Please carefully read the original leaflet (in German) or the translated leaflet (in English) with information on collecting documents via the new document pick up station as well as the original declaration of consent (in German) or the translated declaration of consent (in English) under data protection.
Please send the completed and signed declaration of consent in the original (German version) to the Foreigners' Authority when applying for the renewal of your residence title.
